Able Buyer
From CaseyPedia
Able Buyer is the name of Casey Serin's failed real-estate investment "business".[1]
Serin owns a website for Able Buyer ("Building Leverage, Buying Assets, Enjoying Freedom") but no longer maintains it; it currently contains a stock WordPress install with a single post titled "Welcome to AbleBuyer.com""[2][3]
Versions of the website from February and April 2006 described Able Buyer as "a group of private real estate investors who buy and sell houses nationwide. We specialize in providing direct WIN-WIN real estate solutions for buyers, sellers, renters and investors." The website featured a list of properties for sale and rent, including several of Serin's problem houses. It also offered bird-doggers $500 for referrals.[4]
Serin chose the name Able Buyer over the previous name, Finch Properties, because "it has more of a trendy / brand name feel to it. I think its a great domain name too. Its generic enough to where I can grow it in one of many different directions."[5]
