In actuality, the term refers to the practice of taking advantage of price discrepancies between two different markets, in order to secure a near risk-free profit. Serin himself likes to use the word arbitrage in bizarre out-of-context phrases such as "global living arbitrage", which may refer to the practice of taking advantage of supporterz™ in multiple countries, in order to secure a risk-free mooch opportunity.
