A babushka is a Russian slang term that essentially means "old lady". The term has been applied pejoratively to refer to Galina Serin's potential appearance in the future. Some Haterz™ believe she is genetically destined to end up looking like the typical wide-hipped, mustachioed Russian woman from whose stock she was bred.
