A bank is an institution that provides a variety of financial services to the general public.
Global couch-surfer Casey Serin views banks as gullible organizations who will throw money at people who have no intention whatsoever of paying it bank. Serin essentially pilfered over two million dollars from various banks by committing felony mortgage fraud, but has found hundreds of rationalizations as to why that was alright. Meanwhile, when Wells Fargo Bank attempted to recoup a miniscule portion of their losses by closing Serin's checking account, Serin petulantly whined that the bank had "stolen" money from him.[1]
Serin is currently a fugitive attempting to evade potential capture by both law enforcement and his own family.
