Butterfly

Butterfly is a nickname for Nigel Swaby, coined by former Casey mentor Duane LeGate.
The name refers both to Nigel's publicity-seeking attraction to Casey's sweet foreclosure nectar, and to his lightweight short-attention-span expostulations on real-estate business and trends. (For example, Is There a Link Between Sports Success and Real Estate?, a rhetorical question to which the only possible answer can be "who the hell cares?")
