Caseypedia is the web's leading semi-satirical wiki about foreclosure blogs.

Its mission is to bring education to the masses by pointing up the perils in the housing bubble in general, and the practice of "flipping" in particular.

It attempts to accomplish this goal via documenting and taking a position on the amazingly true, yet ridiculously humorous example set by "The Most Hated Blogger on the Internet", Casey Serin, who attempted to use mortgages taken out in short succession on eight properties, obtained through "liar loans" and otherwise falsified documents, in an attempt to become a Real Estate tycoon.

Instead, he has predictably failed and is now $2.2 million in debt.

Even after that experience, he persists in his belief that he can 'fail forward' into ultimate success in the field.
