There are three famous cats associated with the world of Casey Serin.

The first, and most important, is Sputnik the Cat, a connoisseur of fishy treats who occasionally forgets himself when confronted with enticingly empty footwear.

The second is Nacho, owned by 'T', who borrowed the name when she rang one of Casey's talkcasts. A picture of the real Nacho was featured on Nigel Swaby's Don't Hate Casey blog, without either the photographer or subject's permission.

The third is unnamed, and owned by Casey's former de-facto landlady, Yulia Suprun. Casey claims to be jealous of it:

I don’t even like cats (at least not the one that live here with us… it belong to my sister-in-law… Galina seems to find a little too much comfort in petting it… which make me a little jealous, if that makes any sense.)^[1]

Its level of personal debt is currently unknown. Casey dreads cats due to their renowned stealthy nature, leaving him uncertain where they may end up.
