Collector lady

A collector lady works for CashCall and has a “courteous but firm” tone of voice when contacting Casey Serin’s friends. Serin expresses relief that “she didn’t raise her voice...or use some kind of other pressure tactic” and provides an explanation:
- It’s not that I’m trying to avoid CashCall to make them chase me. It’s just since I don’t have the means to pay my debts right now I’m in lender ignore mode. I don’t really have much to talk to them about.
Serin then pondered “Maybe I should just call CashCall collection lady that’s assigned to my case and explain my situation - even if I can’t really do much right now."[1]
Note: A collector lady is not be confused with a super-persistent agent lady or a Phoenix investor lady.
