Crickey He’s a Beaut! Pasha The Shipwreck Foreclosure

June 16th 2007: in this post on IAFF, Casey visits a shipwreck and attempts some heavy-handed humor.
Casey visits the Pasha Bulker shipwreck and, in an oddly un-Casey-like passage, draws some parallels:
- Poor Pasha. So many parallels. Pasha doesn’t listen to warnings. Pasha cames too close to shore. Pasha gets stuck. Pasha trying to avoid “foreclosure” or at least get out alive. And people can’t look away. Poor poor Pasha.
He grumbles again about driving on the "wrong side", posts more hater-baiting photos to Flickr, and ends on a plaintive note: "I miss my wife…" (The comment about missing his wife was later edited out.)

Commenters ask about the apparently rented car and how it is being paid for: "I would guess corporate credit card."[1][2]
The always-reliable Svetogorsk points out yet another Casey misspelling: "'It’s spelt ‘Crikey’. Looser."[3]
Advertiser Bruce D. Collins is disillusioned: "I wish you well man but I’m pretty sure running from your mistakes isn’t the answer."[4]
Gabriel nails Casey's coffin shut:
- What exactly IS the point of this blog anymore? [...] See, the problem is that you’re just not that interesting, in and of yourself. Once everything foreclosed, we’re in denouement. We’re just waiting for the axe to fall. Can you really expect your readership, commenting or otherwise, to not hate you? Moves like this trip to Australia dissolve any sympathy we have or have had for you.[5]

On EN, Benoit™ issues a challenge: "The picture of Casey pointing at the ship with a mock-surprised look on his face is just begging to be Photoshopped."[6] The challenge is quickly answered by Nigel's Guest Blogger and Casey Fannnnn.[7][8]
Lou Minatti continues to advance his theory that Casey is long since back in California: "The shipwreck occured June 6 or 7. Why would news crews and gawkers still be there? [...] KC's back in Sac Town and has been for days."[9]
