David Welch

David M. Welch (born January 25, 1984) is a loan officer at Countrywide Home Loans.[1] It was discovered in January 2007 that he was a friend of either Casey Serin or his oldest sister, which led to speculation that he assisted Casey in some of the fraudulent loans and promissory notes Casey signed.
