In a business arrangement, the details guy is the one who does all the actual work: taking out the trash, remembering to post contracts on time, opening the mail, ensuring that the blog remains accessible during a particularly high-profile bout of sweet media attention, and so on.

This position is only suitable for a looser with a W-2 cubicle job. Entrepreneurs are never details guys.
