Casey has repeatedly stated his intention to repay "every dirty penny" he has borrowed [1], and has come up with numerous action plans for doing so, but has not yet moved forward with any of those plans.
It is also possible Casey was actually saying he wanted to pay back "Dirti Penni"(see photo), but that could not be confirmed.
