[edit] Company Background
The company's poorly-designed website (since changed) stated that:
- Our company was formed to address this country's financial crisis and provide an innovative solution to fulfill our clients ever changing needs. Our concept is simple;
- We work with you, one on one, to achieve maximum funding and in turn offer you high yield low risk investment opportunities.
- Did you know that there are low risk investments available that yield as much as 20% per month?
- Did you know that you can obtain large amounts of unsecured funding at low rates?
- Putting these two winning solutions together can create an incredible passive income opportunity.
- Let us create a custom proven plan that allows you to earn a passive income of at LEAST $5,000-$10,000 per month (keep in mind.....this is a minimum).[1]
Immediately after the publication of information about this company and its owners, the company's website was significantly edited, removing any mention of 20% yields, investment opportunities, or anything else other than assistance in obtaining personal and business lines of credit. On June 14th, 2010, the site was replaced with a blank page. Instead new information had begun to be posted in the company's long-dormant blog. At the same time, Scifo began referring to herself as "Lisa Henry" in all her online profiles, suggesting an overall strategy of eliminating ties to entities and names that had received prior bad publicity as a result of involvement with Casey and other scammy activities.
The company's address is a "virtual office" operated by Regus in Roseville, California.
[edit] Lisa Scifo aka Lisa Henry
Haterz™ were quick to identify Lisa Scifo (as she was known at the time) as a former employee of Heaven Investment Holding Corp, which filed for bankruptcy after falling apart amid allegations of ponzi-style fraud. The company's now-defunct website listed similar investment and credit opportunities as those currently listed by Executive Consultant Group, and the results of its business earned it mentions on ripoffreport.com[2] and complaintsboard.com[3].One of the Haterz went so far as to note that Executive Consultant Group appeared to be no more than a re-creation of the company Scifo had worked for previously, with a slightly different sales process, one that was apparently based on Scifo's willingness to prance around in revealing outfits and place her ample breasts as close as possible to the mark prospective client.
At the time of the scam, Scifo was in the process of being divorced from Matt Scifo. According to a comment on Cityvoter, they appear to have been married sometime prior to March, 2008[4]. However, by August 2008, Matt Scifo filed for divorce[5], leading one of the Haterz to ask "Wonder what he found out about her once they were living under the same roof, that he didn't want to be part of?"[6]
Scifo changed her name to Lisa Henry in all her online presences during the third week of June, 2010 including her accounts on Facebook and LinkedIn, presumably returning to the use of her maiden name. It is not clear if or when her divorce was concluded. This name change occurred on the same week that the web page for Executive Consultant Group went blank and also at the same time as a major FBI crackdown on individuals who had been involved in mortgage fraud, including many in the Sacramento area [7].
[edit] Mike Masterson
Very little is known about Masterson. A "Michael Masterson" is listed as a licensed Real Estate broker with Nuvision Realty in Roseville, but it is unknown whether he is the same individual[8]. In addition, a Michael B. Masterson faced foreclosure on his home at 972 Silverton Cir in Lincoln, which was ultimately sold by the bank in late September, 2009 and which is located just a stone's throw from the home formerly occupied by Scifo and her ex.Mike Masterson's scammy activities continued out of the haterz sight once he and Lisa distanced themselves from Casey. However, as an example, in May 2010, he posted a message to his Facebook wall suggesting that he was still looking for marks clients for some sort of credit-related "opportunity."
Masterson appears to be unrelated to a real estate guru of the same name.
[edit] Involvement with Casey
In the days prior to the publication of False Casey's article, Casey spent significant time with Scifo and Masterson, shortly after announcing to his Facebook followers that he had finally liquidated his old position in Goldspring, which haterz™ presumed to be worth approximately $10,000.
During that period, Casey posted numerous collections of photos and videos showing himself together with the two scammers. Many of the photos revealed Lisa in extremely skimpy clothing, often pressed provocatively and stripper-like against Casey. In addition to the photos, Casey posted two videos to his Facebook account which featured the pair of scammers and her lovely pair. The first of the videos showed Mike incinerating chicken on his grill while Lisa cavorted around and displayed her tits, then jumped into the pool and tortured the dog.[9]. In the second, Lisa and Mike try to impress Casey with their wine club membership at a rather nondescript winery and Lisa tries to further impress him with her tits[10]. In the second video, Mike is noticeably annoyed with Casey's desire to photograph or video everything.
[edit] Lisa The MILF???
Prominent Haterz™ noted that in the chicken-inceneration videos and pictures, some children's toys were visible in the background. They scrutinized Lisa's photos for evidence of MILF-hood and the early conclusion was that the kids had to be Mike's from a previous relationship. However, later information suggested another possibility. On January 24, 2010, Hater soemdude noted on CHC that Lisa's Facebook profile contained the following information in the "About Me" section:
- I have the BEST job in the WORLD!!! I am a nanny for two wonderful little girls.[11]
This in stark contrast to the "employment" information displayed on the same page at the time which listed her as CEO of Executive Consultant Group, making for an odd dual career as a CEO/nanny.
Haterz™ surmised that Lisa and Mike might have had access to her client's house while the client was away and blissfully unaware of their activities. This might have explained Mike's lack of concern about misusing the grill. After Lisa reverted to her maiden name, more careful analysis of family relationships on her Facebook friends list became possible and suggested that the two children and the house were most a family member's. [It is CaseyPedia policy not to name family members who have no association with Casey Serin.]
[edit] Aftermath
Lisa and Mike quickly joined the list of CaseyBus victims. Within hours of False Casey publicizing the allegation about their scammy behavior and the still-unsupported assertion that the scam involved pay-phones, the information had been repeated in several locations including Camp Idiot, whose denizens bombarded the two with trolling and occasionally obscene emails. Their photos were quickly removed from Casey's Flickr stream, then from his Facebook account. Shortly thereafter, False Casey published a readers poll[12], asking his audience to vote their preference for the better-endowed of Casey's two recent associates: Angel or Lisa. The poll was widely disseminated among haterz™ on Facebook. Scifo and Masterson disappeared from Casey's friends list almost immediately and within a few days Casey purged virtually all known haterz™.
Many sections of the Executive Consultant Group website were removed or edited in the weeks that followed, including all references to investment opportunities that the two were most likely not licensed to sell, and the contact list including their names. It appeared to be unkept and dormant for many months before being replaced with a blank page on June 14, 2010, when Lisa Scifo also changed her name to Lisa Henry. At the time of this writing, what little the company has to say about itself is said on the company blog, which sprang to life at approximately the same time and is echoed in at least one additional location[13].
