Foreclosure

Foreclosure consists of the legal proceedings in which a lender, typically a bank, repossesses a piece of real estate, nearly always because of the property owner's failure to pay the mortgage in a timely fashion.

Generally, having this occur to you five sequential times in a very short period of time would preclude you from using the term "Avoiding Foreclosure" in any self-promotional aspect from that point forward. Of course, you are not Casey Serin.
