Foreclosure Book

Apparently Casey Serin is working on a book about foreclosure[1]. It is being written by a process known as brain dumping[2] (which will require the assistance of a details guy) and will include all the juicy details (ibid). It is not however clear whether this is a reference to the Jamba Juice chain of wheatgrass shot joints.
Things which remain unclear about this book include the publisher, the contract with the No Limits Ladies, whether Casey actually has anything useful to say about the subject, and whether he will actually finish writing the damn thing.
On Exurbannation.blogspot.com, Duane Legate said Casey had been in contact regarding a publishing deal from Simon Schuster. Once they found out about the contract with the NLL, they never called him back.
CHJTS mentioned this to casey in one of his podcasts, only to be met with 4-5 seconds of awkward silence since casey was dumbstruck.
During the July 27, 2007 fraudcast, Casey said that the book will not be published after all.
