Foreclosure juice is the sweet attention, and corresponding valuable traffic, arising from a mention of one's foreclosure disaster story in the mainstream media. Or, failing that, in the number-one Salt Lake City strained real-estate metaphor blog.
Nigel Swaby covered Casey Serin's story in long, loving, self-promotional strokes on his blog Salt Lake City Real Estate Blog. For most, receiving a huge load of foreclosure juice from Nigel would be the stuff of nightmares. For Casey, it was an open-mouthed heart-pounding fantasy made real.[1]
