A fugitive is someone who flees in order to avoid a potential arrest. Former Casey Serin confidante Duane LeGate claims that Serin ditched his entire family and the Vdubs, flying to Australia presumably in an attempt to flee from U.S. governmental officials and potential charges of multiple counts of mortgage fraud.

How ironic that a photoshopped image from months ago has become the truth.

An odd comment on IAFF in October 2006, which recommended that Serin flee to Australia, fueled speculation that someone named Martin Chambers may have harbored Serin during his jaunt "down under".^[1]
