Gaysey

Gaysey is a not-so-subtle nickname for the purported genius financial whiz-kid Casey Serin. The name is obviously a play on Serin's seemingly ambiguous sexuality, which lies in a gray area between "wimpy, but straight" and "paragon of homosexuality". Many Haterz™ cite his feminine appearance and alleged disdain of his wife to support their position that Serin tends towards the latter side. Serin's dressing and grooming habits, pictured at right, reinforce the impression of a heightened degree of metrosexuality setting off many gaydar alarms.
Serin has a tendency to embellish some of his more girlish attributes on IAFF, such as:
- His constant carrying around of a murse that no straight man would be caught dead with.
- His use of an "organic hair wax".
- His cavorting with Nigel Swaby during his still-unexplained March 2007 trip to Salt Lake City.
- Expressing displeasure at his wife's haircut, explaining that it wasn't "dramatic enough."[1]
- In the inaugural post of his new blog EMH, Serin took offense at the domain registrar GoDaddy, for their use of "overly sexual Super Bowl commercials"[2], which featured scantily-clad women.
After one of his earlier media exposures in the San Francisco Chronicle, Serin claimed that a handful of gay men contacted him, ostensibly in an effort to get to know him on a more "personal level". Serin nervously noted, "It was pretty funny... but I'm not into that thing."[3] Serin's denying interest in the other men is easily believable, given his stellar reputation for honesty.
