HeeKee is the owner and chief moderator of Camp Idiot.com - rather dubious forum that arose from the ashes of the now-defunct messageboard on F****dCompany.com, and which features the same juvenile bait and troll behavior of its predecessor with even less real content. He also owns Zewg.

HeeKee helped Casey Serin out by providing free hosting of IAFF at Zewg. However, Snowflake's mediocre technical skills and heavyweight page design led to frequent overruns of the server's bandwidth and CPU allocation, with corresponding frequent downtime of IAFF. In a classic example of "looking the gift horse in the mouth", Serin repeatedly grumbled about the no-cost-to-him hosting; after several failed attempts, he moved IAFF to a new paid host.

According to both Rob Dawg and Nigel Swaby, HeeKee is a "nice guy" - a paradoxically similar recommendation from two starkly different individuals.

HeeKee did, at one point, offer to host both IAFF and EN on the same server. Noted physicists from Los Alamos put a stop to this contending that placing anti-matter and matter together in the same server would result in California falling off the Continental United States. Some contend that this may be "no great loss".
