Homey DA Clown

Homey DA Clown is an occasional poster at both Exurban Nation and IAFF. His name comes from a character named "Homey D. Clown", portrayed by Damon Wayans on the sketch comedy show "In Living Color" in the early 1990s.[1]
Homey's comments consistently threaten Casey Serin with law-enforcement action and with revelation of information on Serin's past and current shady business dealings. Due to the systematic deletion of his IAFF comments Homey began appearing on Exurban Nation in early December 2006.[2]
Some Haterz™ speculate that the level of detail suggests that Homey himself is involved in law enforcement, the "DA" in his name standing for "District Attorney"; others claim that Homey posts information that is already publicly available through online sources. One person noted that the name of one of the Special Agents in charge at the Sacramento FBI office is named David A. Picard.
Homey typically posts in character, beginning his comments with "YO YO YO CASEY!" and using "jive" slang, but he has been known to break character occasionally to issue particularly stern warnings to Serin.
Thus far, Homey's identity remains a mystery; but his infrequent, and often vague and cryptic posts invariably cause much excitement and speculation.
