"Jenny" is the name of a putative associate of Casey Serin and Damion Lupo, allegedly part of the grand plan to write the latest buzzword-ridden foreclosure advice book. Her name appeared twice on a hastily-scribbled whiteboard, detailing a business plan that will likely be revised multiple times in the near future, only to be abandoned altogether.

Speculation has focused on a "Jennifer Howell", who handed over power-of-attorney to Lupo a number of years ago.^{[citation needed]}
