Kevin Mark Wray
From CaseyPedia
Kevin Mark Wray (born May 4, 1962) is Casey Serin's primary criminal defense attorney. His offices are oddly located in Pennsylvania, despite Serin's acts of felony mortgage fraud taking place in the western United States. Wray's law office seems to concentrate on fighting DUI offenses, although a single citation mentioning real estate law has turned up.[citation needed] Wray appears to solicit business primarily through Internet advertisement boards such as Craigslist -- a bona fide homepage for his law offices has not yet been located.
In a follow-up to a previous Nightline program, ABC News reported on Serin's attorney and the potential charges facing Serin:
- According to his attorney, Serin is currently under investigation by the FBI. His attorney, Kevin Mark Wray, told ABC News that "as of yet, no charges have been brought against Mr. Serin. However, based upon conversations with the U.S. attorney's office in California, federal charges related to Mr. Serin's real estate transactions are expected to be brought against him. At this time, my office is reviewing Mr. Serin's real estate transactions. I have engaged an expert on mortgage law and mortgage foreclosure. I expect to have a complete response in the next two weeks."[1]
Wray maintains a MySpace page[2] in which he says, "I am a passionate and intense person when there is an injustice being done." Despite this admonition, he chooses to defend Serin, who has committed nearly every single injustice known to mankind.
Wray's full contact information can be found in most of his online ads.[3]
