A failed website hosting business, now apparently used by Serin to register domains: SweetHost is listed as a contact on the registrations for getcashoffer.com and bigjuicydeals.com.

Finch Properties, 2005-2006^[6]

Able Buyer, 2006-current^[7]

Serin's real-estate business. Co-owned with Galina Serin. Finch Properties was renamed by Serin as Able Buyer.

Hammar Investments, 2006/ 2007?^{[citation needed]}-current^[8]

The "aged corporation" bought by Serin in order to obtain access to corporate credit. Known to have lent to Serin^{[citation needed]} and reportedly also to have funded Serin's misguided stock purchase^{[citation needed]} and publishing efforts.^{[citation needed]}
