Mark Anthony Villaseñor (born November 22, 1957)[1] is an individual who has posted on Exurban Nation and Iamfacingforeclosure.com using the pseudonym of LossMitPro and has recently abandonded his moniker switch of posting as DogU4ic. He has been occasionally referred to as Lost Mittens on EN but is being referred to most recently on the odd occasion as "LMP" and "Lost Mental Patient" (presumably a reflection of readers opinions of his recent bullying tactics). He is possibly one of the most complex individuals in this saga and has recently taken on the monumental task of trying to remove his bad PR from the interwebz by issuing Cease and Desist orders on CH.C and other bloggers - something several haterz have pointed out that even large corporations have been unable to do successfully.

A self-described Loss Mitigation Professional, "having been in the (mortgage) asset recovery business for over 20 years (in Executive Management now),"[2] he is a past associate of Casey Serin and is the first person on record other than Casey who has described a face-to-face meeting with Galina[3] (the second being Duane LeGate).

LossMitPro first approached Serin in late April 2007, first telephoning and emailing Serin and then, maybe realizing the depth of Serin's inattention, leaving a comment on IAFF:

I hope this post prompts you to call me. Haven’t received a response from my phone call or email yet, albeit I attribute that to distraction more than avoidance. Consequently, I’m hoping this post demonstrates my expertise and sincerity in wanting to extend hands-on help; hence, perhaps you’ll contact me?[4]

He went on to explain his services further, hinting that bankruptcy would not be an option for Casey with the specter of fraud hanging over his head:

Bankruptcy is most often best filed in coordination with a well thought plan, AFTER mitigation of as many potential reversal threats as possible. In your case, a coherent tactical plan is even more critical given the nature through which you acquired loans.

and in attempting to prove his credentials to Serin, left a few tantalizing clues for haterz: "My practice name bears the initials: QAS (indicated at my sigline within email I’ve sent you), and our toll-free number spells the company name."

In May 2007 he and Serin attempted to establish a business association in which Serin would refer potential cusomers to him, which foundered when Serin "kinda got busy and put [him] on the back burner." However, after LossMitPro proclaimed it "water under the bridge" Serin asked him for professional help in negotiating with his lenders.[5]

On May 30th 2007 LossMitPro started "guest posting" on IAFF; his first post announced that he is now working pro-bono for Serin, attempting to "negotiate final settlements with all applicable mortgage lenders" for the consideration of "gratis, zilch, nada, zip, zero-money paid by Casey" and "without delusions".[6]

Within 24 hours of this strategic business alignment, Serin finally threw in the towel and killed his blog. IAFF stayed dark for a week before reappearing in substantially similar, albeit lightly sanitized, form. This apparently enraged LossMitPro, who commented:

Relaunching this blog is a mistake, IN THE EXTREME! Although I’ll have much more to say about this through private email… Look for that sometime tonight.[7]

Less than a day later, his relationship with Serin followed the inevitable path to dissolution and flaming ruin:

In a very short time each and every post under the nom de plume (pseudonym) of LossMitPro, will vanish from IAFF… Poof! And if they don’t then Casey will see a side of me that’s not so pretty, and this site itself may go poof once again! (Yeah, it’s like that; give me the power of Subpoena and watch what happens to our golden boy? Methinks Casey knows better, but I’ve been wrong about him thus far – he may just decide to play me further for a fool.)[8]

LossMitPro's prediction proved correct - perhaps spooked by veiled threats of legal action, Casey has since deleted every single IAFF post and comment both by him and which mentions his name (even in passing). Whether this is enough to save LossMitPro from being another burnt wreck in Serin's trail of destruction remains to be seen.

LossMitPro officially joined the ranks of the Haterz™ on June 12, 2007, courtesy of proud Haterz™ Sprezzatura[9].

Both LossMitPro and Duane LeGate are actively working to help Galina Serin take steps in the right direction and prove conclusively to the world that she is nothing like her Aussie trekking hubby[10].

On Friday, June 29, 2007, LossMitPro announced during Casey's Fraudcast that he is bringing legal action against him. Casey posted a panicked message to his blog a couple of hours later, crying about the whole thing and begging for legal help. He posted the text of LossMitPro's legal complaint with a number of relevant names crossed out. See the link above for a cleaned up version.
