LossMitPro Lawsuit Settled, Domain Sold, Book Rights Assigned
From CaseyPedia
July 12th 2007: in this post on IAFF, Casey announces that after the LossMitPro hearing on Tuesday, he and Mark had lunch and another long talk, leading them to settle the case. Casey will compensate Mark by:
- paying $1,572.50 for expenses incurred
- relinquishing rights to The Foreclosure Code
Casey will find the money to pay Mark through sale of IAFF; the remaining proceeds will all go to his wife.
A mysterious buyer has purchased the blog for $20,000 and 50% of ad revenue for a year.
