The Myers Briggs Type Indicator is a system of classifying people's personalities that is alternately hyped and ignored by Casey Serin. MBTI is particularly accessible to pop-psychologists because numerous online tests of unknown validity are available. The results of these tests are often vague and subject to interpretation.

Wikipedia notes that the MBTI "is frequently used in the areas of pedagogy, group dynamics, employee training, leadership training, marriage counseling, and personal development,"[1] many of which are areas of interest to Casey.

Casey has claimed to be either an ENTP or an ESTP type, suggesting that he has not been tested properly. He definitively states that Galina is an ISTJ[2].

Haterz™ have noted that Casey appears to be spouting a significant amount of psychological mumbo-jumbo without any real understanding of what the information means and how it should best be used. He frequently uses select MBTI information as an excuse for his behavior or a justification for disagreements with Galina[3], rather than as designed, as a guide for finding the right path and opportunities. Haterz™ also note that he seems to ignore the fact that neither of the types he claims as his own is particularly suited to real estate dealmaking.

Despite his love for pop-psychology interpretations of MBTI, Casey has disregarded frequent suggestions that he seek professional consultation about mental health issues[4].
