Non Disclosure Agreement[1] - a specialized contract where two parties agree not to disclose to third parties information listed in the NDA. Casey Serin usually gets confused and assumes NDA means "Needs Disclosure Again" and promptly vomits the information onto the interwebz for Sweet Media and EN to comb through with a fine tooth comb.
