Number 6 Foreclosure Search on Google, Talking Foreclosure Book

From CaseyPedia

In this episode of IAFF, Casey mopes in a dingy Tahoe hotel room, considers his organic Google juice, and takes a braindump.

Casey is in Tahoe "brainstorming", which seems to consist mostly of conducting vanity searches on Google and dictating his stream-of-consciousness foreclosure book.

Having spotted his "organic" Google position, he revisists the dream of making IAFF a foreclosure resource site:

I just have to do something good with it. Like figure out if people are looking for how to stop foreclosure, or to research foreclosure process/laws or to buy foreclosures. Probably a mixture of all of those. So the demand is there. Now I just need to work on the supply.

He makes a list of all the things he wants Opportunity Santa to bring him:

Aside from advertising, I’m thinking about doing an article area and maybe some FAQs and a foreclosure resource directory with a list of companies and professionals that can help people stop or avoid foreclosure.

...and a pony. Thanks Santa! But most of his time is spent on his foreclosure book:

I actually spent most of the day yesterday talking with my publisher about my upcoming foreclosure book. Basically we have sessions where I’m talking out my story with all the juicy details and recording everything as it comes. This “brain dump” then goes to the transcriber to be converted to text. Then we massage and edit the text. It’s a fun process and not as hard as I thought.

Almost certainly not as interesting as he thinks, too.

[edit] Comments

Casey goes silent after making this post, leading to a lot of speculation that his reception on returning to Sacramento was somewhat frosty.

Meanwhile, the haterz amuse themselves by finding more sweet organic Google placements for IAFF:

More seriously, hater BelowTheCrowd notes that "Hammar Investments appears to be active."
