Passive Income is the goal of every real entrepreneur. According to Casey Serin, such income requires no work, and allows the entrepreneur to take naps all day while still generating sufficent income to allow the purchase of Starbucks coffee, wheatgrass shots, and dinners at Macaroni Grill.

Passive income can be created in two ways. Loosers with jobs can put aside small amounts of money every month thus allowing them to build sources of dividend, rent or interest income over the course of years or decades. Casey believes that this strategy will not allow him to reach his financial goals sufficiently quickly.

Entrepreneurs seek to create passive income rapidly through the use of leverage, which is applied to the large number of sweet deals that the entrepreneur's connections guy is able to generate.

Thus far, Casey has managed to develop only passive loss, in which the crushing accumulation of interest decreases his already negative net worth day-by-day without his needing to lift a finger.
