R-Boy, also known as DC Economist, is of the earlier EN contributors.

Supposedly a government economist, and is one of the posters at EN that Nigel outed on DHC.

R-Boy has worked extensively "behind the scenes" with law enforcement authorities on various levels, and has made them fully aware of the Casey Serin story. R-Boy has spent hours collecting text excerpts and sound clips, all of which have been forwarded, in context, to the correct authorities.

On April 9, 2007, R-Boy contacted an FBI agent after speaking with Mortgage Fraud investigators including Rachel Dollar (mortgagefraudblog) and Robert Simpson(author articles on Scotsman Guide. BadjerJim, a CaseyPedia contributor, was among those who contacted that agent.^{[citation needed]}

R-Boy is also rumored to be responsible for the outing of Hammar Corporation as Serin's corporate credit scheme.

On June 6, 2007 as Casey trolled for attention after relaunching his blog after a whopping weekend retirement, R-Boy let slip the cats of jealousy and revealed why Casey was back : He was about to be sued.^{[citation needed]}
