Sweet Deal is the terminology used by Casey Serin to refer to any business arrangement, which upon anything more than cursory observation is found to be only advantageous to Serin himself. Serin has used the term in the past to refer to his fraudulent house-buying spree, and his subsequent loss of hundreds of thousands of dollars. He also uses the term when talking about "gold nuggets" in his e-mail inbox, all of which are likely from con artists smarter than he is, attempting to take advantage of him.

Note: If you feel the need to use of the term 'sweet deals' as a plural, you must know that the general rule requires that you append it with either 'are coming' or 'are around the corner' whenever applicable.

Presumably, similar terminology is also used by other children that like to play "Grown Up Business Man".
