Before anyone asks, this information comes from near the start of "The Tapes™", Day 4-B. Casey goes into a story about "Peter", who he mentions is Yulia's husband, assisting him. Actually, he says that Peter and someone else (both of whom work in construction) did all the repairs, "because I [Casey] didn't want to do the work".
