Put Casey's "Success" hierarchy in rank order.

Would perhaps be interesting to find various other claims of partial success, and salt them in, in order, as they are found and/or occur.

I love the additional material, too!

I have not mined the Casey-sphere for more 'success measures' nuggets, but as I run across them, if they are appropriate, I'll plop them in here.
