The contract with the wife

In May 2007, Casey Serin signed two agreements with his wife Galina. He referred to them as contracts but most Haterz see them as agreements with no legal power. It is assumed their power is in the hands of Galina withholding conjugal favors or disabling Casey's access to shiny things and his blog in the main.

The first "no more debt" agreement was to accumulate no further debt debt. The second "$1000/week or else" agreement was much sterner, and it appears that the breaking of this agreement led to the shutdown of IAFF, and according to Nigel on DHC confiscation of his laptop, cellphone and PDA. This led to the fraudcast being held from a friends house (or possibly in the closet).

"No More Debt" agreement

The "no more debt" agreement, signed May 6th 2007, forbids Casey from taking on more debt, but does not spell out any consequences should the agreement be broken.

Casey broke this agreement during the following week, presumably leading to the considerably more stringent conditions in the "$1000/week or else" agreement.

I, Casey Serin state that I agree to and am putting a "freeze" on all debts, credit cards, credit lines, loans, any type of credit or borrowing starting today for untill all current debt is paid off and untill it at least a year there after and if any credit should be taken after that it must be with a clear written plan (action, payments, payoff) and in harmonious agreement with Galina Serin without pressuring her or manipulating her or taking advantage of her.

"$1000/week or else" agreement and consequences

The "$1000/week or else" agreement, signed May 17th 2007, requires Casey to earn $1,000 per week, forbids him from discussing Galina and family members on IAFF, and holds him to the "no more debt" agreement, with severe consequences should he fail.

Casey broke this agreement in the last week of May 2007, and IAFF was taken down on the evening of May 30th 2007.
