Tim Page is the owner of Executive Funding of Placerville, a morgage brokerage firm, and co-owner with his wife of Page Properties, a real-estate brokerage/management firm, and Page Developments LLC, which claims to be a developer of properties in Sutter Creek, El Dorado Hills and Placerville California, as well as Dallas, Texas. At this time the latter company claims to have two houses in development in Placerville, as well as a proposed development in Redding, California that was planned at the peak of the real estate bubble in 2006 and appears not to have moved forward[1]. Google Maps satellite imagery indicates that the site, on the outskirts of Redding, remains undeveloped[2].

Tim asserted that he was Casey Serin's first client who helped him lanuch the original Serin Sites business when Casey was still in high school. In return for the outrageous "investment" of $5,000, Casey reportedly promised him hosting and website maintenance "for life."

On December 20, 2009, Page posted on Casey's Facebook wall:

...I remember hiring you to design and host my Mortgage web page "for life" when your mother had to drive you to our office after you got out of school. I saw a very driven and dedicated young man, starting on his career path of web hosting. I'm sure my seed money was the catapult for your budding entrepreneurism. Unfortunately, my generation has a completely different meaning for the term "for life". I still have the Front Page software (unused of course) you told me to buy when you turned my web site back to me. I have to admit I was a little butt hurt when you didn't come to me when you were starting to "dabble" in real estate. And again when I got the email (well, it looked like it was a personal message) wanting to discuss your situation at the end of your RE career. When I called you I found out you were looking for investors!! I had already invested $5k in your last business. This was really nice getting this off my chest. I'm tired of living vicariously through you (ha ha). Please delete me, set me free.

Tim is the earliest known victim of the Casey Bus.
