User talk:TV Rots Your Brain

Given your focus of interest, perhaps it might be interesting to explore any similarity between Mike TeaVee and Sir Mursealot? I only read the book as a kid, and did not see the two movies, so am no authority and have only the vaguest of recollections of the character.
"Personality: Lazy, but not angry at all. Is very kind and sociable. He also talks about his favorite TV shows and movies, and he dreams of becoming a TV star."

- Edited to add -- I SWEAR I thought of that before I had gotten to the Veruca Salt and Mike entries in your missive. Interesting. -- Soemdood 16:44, 14 June 2007 (CEST)
[edit] Use Preview Button
I wrote the same thing for Dolph -- TV, when you're editing pages, instead of pushing the "Save Page" button, push the "Show Preview" button... it shows you a preview of your new edit which you can then re-revise until you're sure you've got all grammar, etc correct. Then push the Save button when you're happy with everything -- I bring this up because on the "Recent Changes" page, 15 successive edits of a single page looks strange :-) Thanks -- Benoit™ 17:00, 14 June 2007 (CEST)
- Ah, so maybe the Mike TeaVee ref was not even there when I first looked... strange the way the mind works... Thanks! -- Soemdood 17:02, 14 June 2007 (CEST)
- Benoit™ I'm having issues with staying logged into the Wiki from this computer and searching out other pages that need to be linked to my entry which is why I keep saving...thanks for the "Show Preview" tip though
[edit] Please either edit offline, use preview and then post or don't edit!
Come on TV - it's impossible for us to collaborate if the Recent Changes Namespace is full of your minor edits...
You do good work so let us help you out too!
