William Tingle

William L. Tingle (born May 11, 1962) is one of Casey Serin's advertisers, promoting his website Sub-2-Deals.[1] He lives in Macon, Georgia.
Tingle posts infrequently on IAFF using the handle Sub2Guy, and recently suggested that Serin visit Georgia, saying:
- "Glad you are back in the states. Come on down to our part of the country and speak to our local real estate club."[2]
Haterz™ should remember this man as a potential supporterz if Serin mysteriously appears in the Macon area in the future.
Tingle's business is based around "Subject To Existing Financing" acquisition deals.
