Yulia Suprun

Yulia Suprun is the sister of Galina Serin and the sister-in-law of Casey Serin. Yulia is clearly more educated than either Galina or Casey based purely on the fact that she provides editorial comments for medical journal articles at UC Davis.[1]
Until his flight to Australia, Casey and Galina rented two rooms from Yulia, including Casey's "office", which was partially paid for by Casey's assuming responsibility for taking out the trash. Their rent was roughly $550/month for the first room and an additional $50/month for the alleged "office". There have been numerous documented difficulties on the part of Ms. Suprun in collecting said rent, to the point where in early May 2007 she put her foot down and demanded payment for rent due and two months in advance by certified check. Galina is believed to be still living with Yulia, but the exact status of living arrangements is not known.
Yulia is married to Peter Peychev, who assisted slacker Casey in the rehabilition of the latter's Burdett property.

Yulia is known to be the owner of a feline creature, of which Casey is jealous.[2] Freudian psychologists would allege that Casey's fear of "pussy cats" would hint towards the case that he is currently "in the closet", so to speak.
